For over 25 years, the world has been my workplace — across boardrooms, classrooms, and cultures.
I’ve led diverse teams, taught in business schools, and worked at the intersection of career, identity, and human connection. Through every role, one insight stayed constant: real change begins when people feel genuinely heard, not just advised.
Having travelled to more than 40 countries and built friendships across cultures, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the shared and unique paths people walk through different stages of life. I’ve seen the invisible pressures they carry, the resilience they quietly hold, and their deep wish to move forward with clarity, courage, and emotional steadiness.
With a Master’s in Psychology and decades of international experience working with people from varied backgrounds, I now bring that perspective into a dedicated counselling space — one focused on thoughtful listening, respectful dialogue, and helping you make sense of where you are and where you want to go next.
This is not about fixing you.
It’s about giving you the space to think, speak openly, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone.
You already bring strength, insight, and lived experience.
Together, we simply take the next thoughtful step.
